Welcome to L.E.T. (Leader Effectiveness Training) & CRW (Conflict Resolution Workshop)

Our mission is to provide leaders in Singapore with the communication and conflict resolution skills they need to create effective and enduring relationships in the workplace.

L.E.T. (Leader Effectivness Training)
In the L.E.T. workshop, people learn a comprehansive set of skills as well as a framework for knowing how and when to use them. Once learned and practised, these skills become an integral part of people's day-to-day communication in all their relationships.

CRW (Conflict Resolution Workshop)
Conflicts are a part of our daily life – at work, at home and in all relationships with people. We often see conflicts as something negative, something that has to be avoided at all costs.
This workshop will show you that conflicts are inevitable, and that we have to deal with them – either by discovering how to minimize them or how to resolve those that cannot be prevented.
We will develop step-by-step tools to resolve conflicts in a no-lose way so that relationships are not hurt and that an increase of productive work time is achieved.
